I love how the girls they used to test all looked pretty good even before their “treatment” (esp. the first one). They have like 3 red spots and its “OMG im so ugliez I cunt sho muh ugly face nowhere” This video wreaks of bullshit
All I know is when I stopped eating dairy products, my acne went away. Period.

Various studies show that people with oily skin, and sweaty hands have severe acne problems. If you touch your face a lot and have oily or sweaty hands, you will definately develop acne. The best cure is to not touch your face, and use moisturizer, as well as other cleaning products that keep skin dry but healthy.
