I’ve always wondered what happens if when you get acne you didn’t use any special medicine and just kept washing your face only 1-2 times a day. Would the acne eventually go away or would it just sit there forever?

Are there any other acne scar products that will help treat it faster? The story is.. I burnt my pimple by using too many products at once! So right now it is an open cut but it is slowly healing with the neospirin. I just want it to heal fast enough so I can cover it up with make up. Right now, I can’t.
