is vacuum blackhead remover relieble?(idon’t want to take internal medicine to clear up my blackheads

I have a moderate amount of acne scar on my face.
My scar is a kind of reddish spot on my face. It doesn’t cause broken tissue, but it leaves a permanent mark on your face.
Does anybody know how to remove those acne scars ?
It is really annoying..

I almost never get white heads, just blackheads and pimplesunder the skin, thanks to a new medication. I am looking for a way to get rid of acne scars. I have heard of bio oil, vitamin e capsules, tree tea oil, yada yada. I have heard of Microdermabraision kits from drugstores, and alos of Mederma and stuff like that. I dont have terrible acne but i have been starting to get more acne on my chin and nose lately. its not alot. its just spotty. like a few pimples on my nose and 1 or 2 on my chin. I have had so many pimples on my face and have been popping them. And just recently I learned that popping your pimples causes scars on your face. and now i have so many scars on my face that i fell like i look ugly.
