Place a hot towel over you face it opens up your pores then squeeze them out its easy and it doesnt hurt as bad as strips then place a cold towel to close up your pores!

get a blackhead cleanser like Neutrogena blackhead cleanser or Noxema blackhead cleanser. I use noxema. it should help. Or. go to the dermatologist.

There are techniques which can make it a lot less painful. However, since I know nothing about the assessment itself, I can’t help at this point.
Also understand that, if he has had them for some time, chances are that although he can extract them, the pore will remain open and not reform to its smaller size. This means that he will have to routinely continue to extract new formations.

This does hurt, but biore has some pore strips that pull blackheads out. They work best when they are pulled off slowly. They need to be used after a shower. They do hurt some, but it is mininmal. Also using an exfoliator like st ives invigorating scrub. It is under $3
