okay, however this is spa grade, i get medical grade at plastic surgeons office. so you will notice a difference. however, this is good for between visit.

I bought this product after reading all the wonderful reviews about it. I used it as directed, religiously. I experienced no itching/burning sensation, no frosting of skin and no peeling afterwards.The sum of my experience can be expressed in one word: nothing. No improvement. In fact, after a series of disappointed applications, I just poured the contents into my palm and rubbed it over my skin. Nothing. Maybe I received a watered down version.

… ok so after doing an extensive research online and consulting dermatologists i decided to go with this product I purchased the 50% and the 70% thats how excited i was ( i need to say that i exfoliate my face gently 3 times a week )
Day 1 : ordering ( on a friday )
Day 3 : counting the minutes for the product to arrive
Day 5 : It arrived , a bit disappointed people had written that I would get samples of Neutralizer skin pH balancer thats why I did not order it i wanted to see if it was good and than order but hmmm nothing ! well well it’s ok I guess
Day 6 : This is exactly what i did ,i came out of the shower my face is super clean, washed it again ( one can never be sure ) had every thing prepared , cotton check, ice check, blow dryer check ,triple antibiotic cream check, baking soda mix check and finally the cat and the dog locked up check , ok lets fight the dullness and the big pores i was armed and dangerous ( in my mind )
first time i had it on for 3 min it stung ( 30 sec ) not as bad as expected washed my face with cold water and ice and than the baking soda mix and last when my face was air dried i put on the cream
Day 7 : nothing NOT A SINGLE THING I WAS NOT even red
Day 8 : nope
Day 9 : another try this time 4 min
Day 10 : nothing
to make the story short i have used this product on my fair colored skin that turns red as often as a traffic light but nothing 50% acid huh i guess my pores and my one freckle are fighting back
but i still have some left in the 50% bottle and the 70% full bottle thats sitting there and mocking me but “No Retreat, No Surrender” its me against the acid
At this point I would say dont waist your money but I will keep you updated and if the acid people are reading this I would like to know what is happening or rather why nothing is happening ! O i`m sorry i lied MY FACE IS BREAKING OUT so something IS happening but not what i expected !

Careful. Even if you dilute this product to 10% effective concentration, it will still burn your skin badly if you get carried away. It works, but just remember that it IS NOT a gentle peel. Always have cool water at hand to wash the product off your face and don’t keep it on for much longer than 30 seconds the first time you use it. This product comes up cheaper than many of the ready made glycolic acid toners, but you need to adjust the concentration yourself.
